The delivery time of orders is the number of business days (Monday to Saturday from 9am-6pm) that it takes to deliver the products purchased on the site's website to the final recipient. For the moment, deliveries will only be made in Havana in all its municipalities.

Deliveries will be made in a personalized way at the address of the recipient within a defined period of 24 to 48 hours as long as it is considered a business day. If the recipient is not present at the time of the visit, the order will not be delivered to neighbors, friends or other people who are not duly indicated on the invoice by the customer.

The customer may specify an alternative delivery address and name, so that this person can receive the order in the event that the original recipient is not present at the time the delivery is made. Delivery

The person receiving must make sure to verify that the products match the order placed. Likewise, verify that they are in perfect condition with the carrier before signing the invoice. If they sign without verifying, the right to claim is lost. We are not responsible for defects, nor for differences in the quantity and assortment of the products that the consumer/receiver has accepted and that should have been noticed at the time of delivery. Otherwise, we will consider that the order was received without problems.

The recipient of the order must sign a voucher as receipt of the products delivered and we will request a copy or photo of the identification of the recipient or person who receives, he or she must keep a copy of the voucher as proof that the delivery has been successfully completed. . Recipients should not sign the Delivery Voucher if for any reason they do not agree with the quantities or quality of the products delivered. If the description of the products does not match the description detailed in the order, in this case it will be returned. said order to the store and the customer will be informed of what happened, thus evaluating the action to be taken.

Refunds or resends will be made in exceptional situations, notifying the customer of the problem that occurred. Although all products are carefully checked before being delivered, unexpected incidents may occur. In these cases it is necessary to contact customer service no more than 24 hours after receiving the order. Clear evidence must be shown that the product is expired, that the original packaging of the product does not contain the production and/or expiration date, or that the color or odor does not correspond to a fresh product.

It is necessary to keep in mind that when canceling an order that has not been due to the site's own fault, we do not refund the amount charged for Handling and Shipping, which includes the preparation, packaging, shipping, delivery of the order and the use of the payment platform we use.

All cancellations or claims must be made through the Customer Service channels by the customer who made the purchase, within a period of no more than 24 hours after completing the order. Refunds are made exclusively to the payment method used for the purchase. It may take 5 to 7 days to reflect in the account, depending on the bank of the card used. Items that have been consumed or tampered with will be denied exchange or refund.
